LIGHTWEIGHT CLAY TILE: There are several types of lightweight tile available today. You can now get an authentic lightweight clay tile roof . Yes, this is real clay but weighs less than 6 lb. per squares foot. In most cases it can be put on existing homes without additional structural supports. Lightweight clay tile comes with a lifetime, non-prorated limited warranty and is transferable as well a Class A fire rated. |

LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE TILE: Concrete tile comes in many different styles from Shake to Mission to Slate. It literally comes in dozens of colors with custom colors manufactured for your exact tastes. Most concrete tile comes with a 50 year, transferable limited limited warranty and is Class A fire rated. |

SIMULATED WOOD SHAKES: Most simulated wood shakes are a concrete product and can be an exact replica of a wood shake roof. Most simulated shakes come with a 30-50 year limited warranty and are class A fire rated. |

LAMINATED FIBERGLASS COMPOSITION SHINGLE: These classy asphalt shingles are a great upgrade from a standard three tab shingle roof. They have a rustic look and give off a wood shingle appearance. They are Class A fire rated and come with up to a 40 year limited warranty. They come with a dimensional trim shingle that gives the ridgeline a wood shingle look. |

THREE TAB ASPHALT SHINGLES: These standard asphalt shingles give you one of the most economical roof systems available while offering a 20 year limited warranty with a wide variety of colors. This is also a Class A fire rated roof system. |

ROOF INSULATION: If you have an open beam room with no attic space for insulation, you can insulate when you reroof. You can get up to an R-20 insulation value. An open beam room with no insulation is very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Our customers report a 10 degree change after installing 3" of rigid insulation. |

BUILT-UP ROOF SYSTEMS: Aztec Roofing offers a wide variety of built-up roof system to include Tar & Gravel or Tar & Composition rolled roof. These roof systems are widely used on both flat residential roof and commercial and industrial buildings. They consist of several layers of fiberglass material with hot asphalt in between the layers. This roof can come with up to a ten year manufacturers warranty. |

GUTTERS: Tired of water dripping on your head during a rain storm. Do your lawn and flower boxes get flooded out. Install new Seamless Aluminum rain gutters. They are manufactured on-site and have no seams except for the corners and downspouts. Because they are aluminum they don't rust they come in a variety of colors. |

SKYLIGHTS: Want to brighten up that room in your home that even at high noon you have to turn on a light? Add a skylight while reroofing. Flood the room with natural light from sunup to sundown. Skylights can change the whole appearance of the room by not only adding light, but giving the ceiling a new geometrical look. the skylight well can be flared to open up into the roof or a standard well. |
